It means producing respecting the environment, safeguarding its landscapes, and being able to convey to the customer the passion and love that accompany each stage of production.

Our mission is to offer the customer the opportunity to experience the world of Murgo and the Sicilian territory at 360 °. We want to offer the customer the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Sicilian territory.

At our farmhouse on the slopes of Etna and the new boutique hotel in the heart of Catania we are committed to making this ambition real, accompanying the customer’s stay with the tasting of Murgo quality products.

In the production of our unique wines we always and only let ourselves be guided by the territory and by the inseparable centuries-old combination with native vines.
The grapes are harvested by hand; they are combined with low yields; the careful and prudent vinification takes place with the help of selected indigenous yeasts.

The wines that come to life in our cellar are an expression of the territory, of the vines, of the vintage, they are wines with a unique style, pleasant and elegant, capable of making those who taste them happy.
